RESERVATIONS FAQ'S
CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION? Yes! We accept reservations for parties of 4 or more guests. Parties under 4 are walk-in only. Please note that reservations must be made at least one day in advance. We do not accept same-day reservations.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION? All reservations are made by phone. We recommend calling early, as lines get busy throughout the day. You can find our number in the Contact tab. Please note that a 1.5-hour table limit applies to all reservation bookings.
ARE THERE ANY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS? For parties of 8 or more, or reservations made on holidays, a credit card is required at the time of booking. A $5 per person fee will be charged in the event of a no-show.
CAN I BE LATE TO MY RESERVATION? Please notify us in advance if you are running late. Without prior notice, reservations will be released after 10 minutes past the scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you!
GENERAL FAQ'S
IS THERE A TABLE LIMIT? Yes, we have a 1.5 hour limit on tables.
WHAT IS A WAITLIST? Our waitlist is first come, first served, by phone or in person. When you call ahead, you're joining the line just as you would if you were waiting in person. You'll receive an estimated wait time, though this may change based on table turnover and cancellations. Once your table is ready, it will only be held for 10 minutes. If you decide to leave the waitlist, please let us know as soon as possible. Removals can significantly affect wait times for other guests. Please note that we may not accept waitlist calls by phone on holidays.
IS GRATUITY INCLUDED? For parties of 6 or more, a 20% gratuity will automatically be added to the bill.
IS THERE A CONVENIENCE FEE ON CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS? Yes, we have convenience fee of 3.5% will be added to each credit/debit card transactions.
IS THIS ESTABLISHMENT BYOB? Yes, and we offer cranberry, apple, no-pulp orange juice and fresh orange juice. Outside juices are not allowed.
ARE THERE GLUTEN-FRIENDLY/VEGAN/VEGETARIAN OPTIONS? We do offer gluten-friendly batter and bread options, as well as a selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes. However, please be aware that we do not have a gluten-free kitchen. We share fryers and grills, so cross-contamination is possible. If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or any other concerns, please inform your server so we can do our best to accommodate you.
PARKING? Small lot and public street parking is available, with town-posted signs indicating designated areas. Weekends after 9 AM tend to get very busy, so we recommend arriving early or allowing extra time to find a spot.
